We utilize Amazon facilites for storing and shipping items. Please note that most items will arrive in an Amazon-branded box, however, all customer service is to be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you are interested in returning or exchanging any products, please contact us at email@example.com. We will be happy to assist you with this process. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for one week after the item has been delivered. If the product is completely unopened, we offer a full refund up to 30 days after the item has been delivered. Please know that we refund the price of the product as soon as we receive it, but are unable to refund your shipping costs (both ways) or tax. Shipping costs are only refunded in the rare instances of defective merchandise. Please package your product well for shipping as we are not responsible for items damaged while being returned to us.
